My team paid for a rent-a-goalie, how do we get reimbursed?

THE GOALIE GUARANTEE

In the event your team needs a replacement goalie and uses a rent-a-goalie service, LUG will reimburse you for the rental. 

Send us an email with a screenshot of payment and the booking receipt to request reimbursement.

Notes:

  • The Goalie Guarantee is provided to help teams ensure they have goalies when no other goalie could be found (without paying). This is a LAST resort option.
  • LUG reserves the right to deny reimbursement to teams if the abuse this policy or it is found that they are not actively looking for alternative goalies through friends, family, and networking means.
  • Teams that use the Goalie Guarantee too frequently will be denied reimbursement.
