How do I request a refund?

All refund requests are evaluated against our refund policy.

Registration is a commitment. We plan our leagues around your registrations. For each registrant, we place a custom jersey and merchandise order, pay for insurance, turn away other potential players/teams and rent time at facilities specifically based on final registration levels at the time of the deadline to establish evenly distributed teams. For these reasons, registering for a league comes with a responsibility to play an active role in the spot you filled and in support of that commitment, fees are generally non-refundable. Changes in our schedule or yours, relocating, failure of a referee to appear, weather, and injury are not grounds for a refund.

Exceptions

  • If a league does not start due to lack of participants, 100% refunds will be given.

LUG's formal Refund Policy is that all registrations are final. As soon as you register, a domino effect of planning starts from ice times, jerseys, insurance, and more. While all registrations are final as per our policy, we understand that unexpected situations can come up. If you believe your case warrants special consideration, please fill out the form below. Our team will review your request and follow up as soon as possible. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
