How do we report someone for bad behavior?

All participants are held to the LUG Code of Conduct. 

For internal team disputes, we hope that, in the first instance, issues can be resolved within the team structure. If the matter cannot be resolved in this way, or involves any other team or LUG staff, then LUG management will intervene and conduct an appropriate investigation.

The exception to the above will be any situation where the situation includes harassment or abuse of any kind which will immediately be submitted to LUG management for investigation and sanctioning. Click here to submit an Incident report.

We expect that all those in the LUG community will do their part in helping calm any situation down and do not make things any worse. 

DO NOT ever get involved physically in any confrontation. Do not put yourself into a compromising or unsafe situation, but you CAN use words to reduce tension and/or remind people LUG games are a fun activity and nothing should go to a point where people feel unsafe.
