I'm a free agent, when will i receive my team assignment?

Each season, LUG helps place thousands of Free Agents to thousands of sports teams across North America. It's no small task! 

In order for LUG to place players onto team, we take 2 approaches:

1. We create a Free Agent team using only Free Agents.
2. We speak to team captains and place Free Agents onto teams to help round out a team roster.

In both situations, it takes time for us to be able to group enough players or find spaces on teams to place Free Agents. 

We ask that all Free Agents are patient with us as we find you spots on teams!

When will I get my team placement?

• Typically we place free agents 7-10 days before the start of the season but this may occur less than 24 hour before the season starts.
• It may take more time to place Free Agent Players who signed up with a small group.
• Free Agent players are responsible for checking the website for their schedule. We strongly recommend that a Free agent get the captain contact information on Game 1 to be added to the team group chat so you do not miss out on important, team specific, game information.

If we cannot find a team spot for a Free Agent, we will provide a full refund to them.
