Who can we ask if we have a question or concern about the schedule?

The goal is to provide a fair schedule for all teams in each division.

LUG Management uses a scheduling template to create all league schedules centrally in order to make things as fair as possible across venues/times for all teams. Note that "fair" does not mean exact or equal, so some teams may get an extra later time than the next or they might play a couple strong teams in a row where someone else will play weaker teams.

If your team has a concern about your schedule that you believe is outside of the normal rotation, your team captain can create a support ticket.

We also strive to work with our athletes' schedules as best as possible. While we cannot cater to every individual, if your team has a recurring conflict, please create a support ticket so that we can schedule accordingly.
