How are Free Agents assigned to teams?

We do our best to make sure Free Agents land where they are needed and are the right skill level.

LUG Management will assign Free Agents in the two weeks prior to the start of season based on need by teams. Best efforts will be made to place Free Agents in the appropriate division based on the information collected in the registration process.

Free agents are assigned based on the following criteria: 

  • Date they signed up
  • Position
  • Skill Level
  • Division preferences

Team Captains can help the process by letting LUG know if they expect to need to add a player or two to help ensure they have enough players. Submit a support ticket to let us know if you need free agents.

Free Agent paid registration fees will count towards the overall team fee requirement.
